I usually make this easy dessert for family parties, small get togethers and when I have my little mommy group lunches at my house. These are super easy to make and it’s so refreshing and delicious. Fresh Fruit ( I like to use blueberries and raspberries ). Make your Vanilla Pudding Mix and set aside or back in the fridge. Bake / Toast your Fillo dough cups in the oven and wash your fruits. I still had flare ups but just not as often. I know, it sounds like heaven doesn't it? I so hope I am strong enough to rise above it. I just need to listen to my body and be kind to myself.
