Thursday, October 12, 2006. A lesson that new teachers and sometimes old teachers have a hard time learning is the one of Key Masters. These are the people on your campus that are the key to things. They don't own a huge ring of keys, but they control access to something you need. Typical Key Masters are: The copy person, the receptionist, the principal's secretary, the special education secretary and so on. That is the atittude that gets your copies lost somewhere in the trash. She smiled a huge grin.

For instance, if he was battling the evil villian the Hodag, rather than say "Prepare to die evil hodag,". The Badger always went with -. How in the hell does this apply to teaching? Well, pull up a seat and let me ramble. Too often teachers see problem students and fall back on "That punk is a bad apple.".
