Customer service anecdotes and management fails from a gambling establishment. July 10, 2013. I seriously cannot stand some of the people that come into the gambling den. They kind of make me sick. He doesn’t bother anyone, and he is a pretty nice guy, and patience too. This entry was tagged customer service. Leave a Reply Cancel reply.
