One day I was reading on the Town Hall lawn when all of a sudden I heard what sounded like Celtic music. Further investigation led me to the lot where a man stood playing the bagpipes. After all, it's only make believe. Sunday, July 25, 2010. Only one of the top breathtaking parks on my list. And now, also, the scene of an epic life adventure. On Thursday i went running on the lovely trails with two deardear friends. Afterwards we decided to take a dip in the river to cool off. The water was perfect. The view magnificent. We began climbing over to one of the waterfalls. I took a slip. And had the luck of landing on a broken beer bottle. What a beautiful gash. Rush back to the cars.
