Going wherever my restlessness takes me…. My last blog post. Was on my old blog from when I was in Ghana. That was one of the ways I stayed connected to everyone here. Now that I’m back in Canada, I’ve been trying to keep the connection to Ghana alive and a part of my life. One of the ways is the fundraiser. Going wherever my restlessness takes me…. 3 sports 1 person = insane. I’ve decided to do a sprint triathlon. It’s a 750m swim, 30km bike and to top it all off, a 7.5km run. Why? Well, I’ve been thinking about it for a few years now, and it just seems like the a good time to just buckle down and do it. Not to worry though, things have been moving along, although a bit slowly. Back in January, we held a small bowling event, raising $355. More recently, in April we held a Poker Tournament in downtown Toronto.
