March brought fragrant Orange blossoms and beautiful sunshine right in my backyard( no bad feeling my readers with tons of snow ).March also brought Avid Baker's challenge. Cook,bake and enjoy. Monday, March 24, 2014. Swai fish fillets 3lb bag thawed in cold water and drain completely. Besan or gram flour 1 cup. Garlic crushed 1 tsp. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp. Zeera or cumin seeds crushed 1 tsp. Red chilli flakes 1/2 tsp or to taste. Cilantro or coriander 1/2 bunch roughly chopped. Oil for deep frying. Now apply garlic , turmeric ,salt and chilli flakes to fish. Then add gram flour and cornstarch adding little by little ,mix well. Now add chopped cilantro. Links to this post.

Chicken qeema (ground boneless chicken leg) 2pds. Chana daal 1 cup. Ginger 1 inch thick piece chopped. Green chillies 2 medium roughly chopped. Whole dried red pepper 3-4. Black pepper corn 1/2 tsp. Cumin seeds crushed 1 tsp. Corriander seeds crushed 1tsp. Onion 1 medium roughly chopped. Onion 1 medium finally chopped. Oil for shallow frying.

She brought the most divine cookies that were so soft, moist, and full of different types of chocolate chips. I knew I had to get my hand on the recipe. I really enjoyed making Lamingtons and also eating .yeah yeah i know i only ate one piece :) and my kids they loved it also i was kind of surprised because i thought they might not like it because of coconut but all four of them loved it! I used the original recipe used by Marcellina right here. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

Onsdag 18 april 2012. 1 förp krossade tomater (à 500 g). 1 grönsaksbuljongtärning eller fond. 1 tärning motsvarar 1 1/2 msk fond). 2 dl lätt Creme fraiche. 240 g rökt kalkon i tunna skivor. 1 Skala och slanta upp morötterna. Skala och finhacka lök och vitlök. Sjud ytterligare ca 5 minuter.
