Sunday, July 28, 2013. My daughter just turned 7. *Sigh*. Where does the time go? Yesterday she was like this. How did that happen? She wanted to have her birthday at the skating rink. She had so much fun and I enjoyed watching this smile on her face all day. Here are the cookies I made. And here are the cupcakes. And for the goodie bags, I made strawberry and chocolate Muddy Buddies! Happy 7th Birthday Emily! I love Mother's Iced Oatmeal Cookies. So when I came across this. And they turned out excellent.

Not just any filling. It was a cream cheese filling. Sweet mother of all that is creamy. It was so good. So I tossed the cookie recipe and kept the filling.
