Preparation time: 10 minutes. Bunashimeji (Brown Beech Mushrooms). 3 cloves of Garlic. 1 small knob of Butter. Natto (with Mustard and Soy Sauce mix). Cook Angel Hair according to packaging and drained. Melt Butter in a saucepan and the toss in Garlic till lightly golden. Pour in Angel Hair and mix well.

Piątek, 9 września 2011. Tarta z cukinią i suszonymi pomidorami. Trwa, a ja korzystając z faktu, że jeszcze nigdy nie robiłam tarty. Spróbowałam w połączeniu z cukinią. Smakuje zarówno na ciepło jak i na zimno, chociaż podobno na zimno lepiej. Można podawać z keczupem. 7-8 kawałków suszonych pomidorów w oleju. 200 ml mleka lub śmietany 18%. Zagnieść mąkę, masło i sól (posiekać nożem najlepiej), dodać żółtko i wodę. Wyrobić na gładką masę. Chłodzić w lodówce przez godzinę. Pomidory kroimy w paseczki.
