Drumstick and Brinjal Puli Kulambu(Spicy Vegetable curry). Last saturday I was little bored so I went to the redbox and took the Julie and Julia. Puli Kulambu,is nothing but a kind of stew made with vegetables and Tamrind juice.Its one of the very tasty dish in Tamil nadu,India.It is little spicy dish,but you can adjust spiceness according to your level.Actual recepie dont need any milk,but adding the milk will definetly enhances the taste. Onion-1 (medium Finely chopped). Chili powder-1-1 1/2 teaspoon.

The reason for the long gap is absolutely my laziness.I can say some lame excuses like the thing happened in the past few days like our Long nine days Florida vacation.My Dad's Visit.But I wont.see how nice I am .ha ha. The reason is I don't drink beer.These are all common things right ha.ha. Ginger and Garlic Paste-1 tbsp. Garam masala powder-1/2 tsp. Salt as per taste. In a wok add the oil add the items for tempering,when it started browning,add the onions and fry it until it changes to translucent.

I made the chutney,sambar,vada in a usual manner.Added lot of kicks to the pongal.So I am going to present the recepie for pongal. Pepper and cumin powder-2 tsp. In a pressure cooker add the rice,dhal,water,milk,salt,Pepper&cumin pwdr.Cook it for 3 whistles. In a kadai add butter and add the items for tempering.When it started splutering add it to the cooked rice and dhal mixture.(If you want your pongal to be lil bit watery add some milk at this stage and cook it for few mnts). 2Toast the Sandwich buns.
