December 17, 2013. 5 oz / 150 g butter. 10 oz / 300 g sugar. 4 oz / 100 g ground walnuts. 1 cup / 250 ml milk. 1 lb and 2 oz / 500 g high gluten flour. 1 baking powder (0.5 oz / 12 g). 2 pieces of shortening (9 oz / 250 g each ). 10 tbsp cocoa powder. Shredded coconut and confectioner’s sugar for covering. April 1, 2013. 10 – 12 oz beef shin. 1 onion, finely chopped. 1 tbsp fat (lard). 1 tsp ground cumin. 2 pints beef broth.
