White sesame seeds 1 tsp. Unsalted melted butter 2 T. Water to knead the dough. Oil for deep frying. Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl. I read about the opening of this new San Mateo restaurant on Tasting Tables and had to try it. We arrived early for our reservations and was greeted by the proprietor, Alex Anderman who was behind the bar.he had just created his version of crispy fried brussel sprout chips and offered us a sample!
