The spices used are made up first and can be kept and used as a sprinkle on other dishes to aid digestion during spring. Ingredients for Spring Churna. 1 TB Ginger Powder. 1 TB dry basil. 1 teasp dry red chilli flakes. 1 teaspn fenugreek seeds. 1 teaspn clove buds. 3 teaspn sping churna (recipe above). 1/2 cup finely chopped fennel. 3/4 cup of barley.
