A while back I visited my Aunt and Uncle in Santa Barbara and my Uncle threw together these amazing tuna melts one night. Thanks to them my husband and I eat them at least once a week. They are so delicious you just can’t help it. The best part is that all minus two of the ingredients are a YES on the IC Food List. 2 Small cans of tuna (or 1 large can) (yes). Mayonnaise to your liking (maybe). Black pepper to taste (maybe).
