Laquo; Beginning of Christmas Season – Day 25. Festival of Trees – Day 27. Trucks – Day 26. November 26, 2012 by thayneatkinson. I think the automobile is one of those things that we take for granted. Could you imagine having to take a horse someplace during the cold of winter. It would be fun to be on a horse, but imagine how cold it would be…. I am thankful that someone invented the automobile. Leave a Reply Cancel reply. Enter your comment here. Of course, being the CIO I hear some amazing things, but this one takes the cake. I must hand it to my employee, he handled himself with all the professionalism he could muster. Of course we all marveled and laughed after the call was over. Actual call at work*. User: My password isn’t working! User: connect8 and then a capital 8.

Archive for January, 2012. On January 17, 2012 Leave a Comment. I thought to post about kindness today with a little story I would like to share. As I sat there, I noticed that in the passenger seat was an older lady, so I decided at that moment to turn up the aisle and let them have the close parking spot. Now, this was not popular with the teenagers that I had in the car, and it was especially not popular when I decided to park a little further away from the restaurant and we walked. Thanksgiving – Day 22. November 23, 2012 by thayneatkinson. So this post is a day late. Had kind of a lazy day to begin with yesterday (which is when I should have posted) and then a busy evening (and then it was too late to post). Today I am thankful for Thanksgiving and all that it truly represents. It is interesting that we typically wait until this one day to remember everything that we are thankful for. I also think that we are losing the true meaning of thanksgiving. Time with Family – Day 21.

Cooking with Katie | Hi, I'm Katie! Thanks for coming to cook with me!

Chicken Cannelloni with Panzanella Salad. This is one of my new favorite dinners, it’s so easy, and it is absolutely delicious! It’s also really fun to make…you get to use your hands, which always makes me feel like I’m a little kid playing with my food. Plus, there are so many bright, robust flavors in this show-stopper stuffed pasta, and the cool salad on the side is a nice change-up to the traditional garden salad. I promise that you’ll love it! This salad is SO SO good! 2 tbsp. olive oil. 2 1/4 c milk.

I'm No Spring Chicken! I’m No Spring Chicken. Cooking has become my therapeutic way of dealing with the events in my life. Cooking has challenged me to try new recipes and new foods that I have never had before. It was also a great way to spend my winters. Nothing beats a hot delicious meal on a brutally cold day. Now that we have finally de-thawed from a pretty rough winter it is on to bigger and better things, Farmer’s Markets! I love being able to buy local and support small farms. Before we get into ...
