As my home kitchen was put in with demonstrations in mind it is a great location for tv or magazine shoots. It is 2 storey high with great light as there are velux windows in the roof. Roz Purcell recently used it to film for Rte player on food bites - Link Here. Safe food have also used it for filming. To discuss in more detail.

I have travelled extensively allowing me to sample many dishes to recreate at home. Pompilio the owner and his family who worked in the hotel were opened to many new experiences, helping to roll spring rolls one week to tagines and dolmades the next! As an experienced demonstrator I get many requests to do cookery demonstrations in various locations. I have demonstrated in Cooks Academy, Dublin Cookery school, Butlers chocolates, Kitchen Complements and in peoples homes too. I recently did a demonstration for a healthy eating promotion in a school hall for 700 students! I do regular demonstraions in the Diabetes centre in St James hospital, Dublin.
