Mom loved everything lemon. She loved this cake. 1 white cake mix. 8 oz sour cream. 1-6 oz. can frozen lemonade, thawed. 3 oz cream cheese, at room temp. Mom's Microwave Chicken Parmesan. 1/2 c butter or margarine 1/3 c. saltine or butter cracker crumbs. 3/4 c grated Parmesan cheese 1 t. onion powder. 1 t dried parsley paprika.

From the kitchen of. 1 1/4 cup flour. 1/4 cup vegetable oil. 1 Tbsp baking powder. 2 1/2 cups Bran Flakes. 1 1/4 cup milk. 1 cup blueberries (optional). Stir together flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Set aside. In large bowl, combine Bran Flakes and milk. Let stand 2 min until cereal softens. Add egg and oil. Mix. Add flour mixture to cereal mix, and blueberries if desired, and stir only until combined. Bake at 400 for about 18 minutes. Makes 12 muffins. Always a hit (and no oven required)! Cut into...
