Goreng berlada kasar ni ok jugak sbb bila terungnya dah abis tinggal serpih2 cilinya je sama sikit minyaknya tu aku leh buat bahan rencah nasi goreng utk sahur.fully flavoured gtu.ok la jom aku share version aku :). 2 biji besar (600 gm) terung panjang. 450 gm udang basah. 500 ml minyak masak. 200 gm cili merah. 60 gm cili api merah (boleh kurangkan separuh jika tak suka pedas). 4 biji (250 gm) bawang besar. 2 inci (10 gm) kunyit hidup. 4 biji (25 gm) bawang putih. 2 keping asam keping. 50 gm udang kering.

First attempt buat durian crepe yg aku oter jadi durian pandan crepe. Aku campur tepung ubi sikit sama tepung gandum dgn jus daun pandan. Jom aku share resipinya :). 220 gm tepung gandum. 30 gm tepung ubi. 4 biji telur (gred A). 40 gm gula icing. 400 ml santan pekat atau susu UHT full cream. 1/2 sd teh garam. 100 ml jus pandan (5 helai daun pandan dikisar dgn 100 ml air dan ditapis). 1/2 sd teh pewarna hijau. 1 sd teh vanila. 120 gm gula icing. 1 kg ulas durian (ambil isinya sahaja). Resipi daun pandan dan durian lagi :) Kuih seri muka ni asalnya aku nak buat plain je pakai daun pandan tp sbb ada durian byk tak makan2 so kasi letak je la dlm adunan custard tu. 500 gm beras pulut - dicuci dan direndam semalaman atau 4 jam pun dah ok. 600 ml santan sederhana pekat (guna 3/4 biji kelapa parut kisar dgn 500 ml air). 1 sd teh garam. 4 helai daun pandan - di koyak2kan. 14 helai daun pandan. 3/4 biji kelapa parut. 1/2 sd teh pewarna hijau.
