I have recently been in love with Indian Cuisine. One of my favorite dishes is Chana Masala. Lucky for me, I found an absolutely delicious, simple and easy Chana Masala Recipe. I followed the recipe almost exactly, but modified it a bit to make it perfect… here are the changes I made to the ingredients list:. 8211; 2 TB butter. 8211; 1 onion, diced. 8211; 2 cloves garlic. 8211; 1 medium tomato, chopped. 8211; 1/2 cup water. 8211; 1 can chickpeas (15 ounces rinse and drain thoroughly). 8211; 1/2 lemon.
