I found this recipe at Our Best Bites. 1/2 onion, chopped small. 1 large garlic clove, minced. 1/3 C (3 oz) cream cheese. 1/4 C green salsa. 1T fresh lime juice. 1 t chili powder. 3 T chopped cilantro. 2 C shredded cooked chicken (I like to put chicken tenders in the crockpot for a few hours so they are all ready when I start to make dinner and they are tender and yummy). 1 C grated pepperjack cheese. Wednesday, July 20, 2011. The first time I had this type of salad was at Sunny's house a few years ago. I got the recipe from her, went home and made it, and it wasn't nearly as good. You know how everything tastes better when someone else makes it? Well, a couple of weeks ago, my sister-in-law brought this to a family dinner. It was so good! Again I got the recipe, and I decided to change things to my taste a little, and I nailed it! 1 large ripe avocado (or 2 small ones), chopped. 1 green onion, chopped.

Monday, September 26, 2011. This is in no way my recipe. I took it from Favorite Family Recipes. And I followed it exactly. It is delicious! Of course, you have to make sure you have a nice ripe avocado to make it really yummy. Otherwise it's just kind of blah. I usually half this recipe and use two smaller avocados, or one and a half big ones. Red onion, chopped (about 1/4 c.). 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/2 bunch cilantro leaves, chopped. 1 jalapeno, finely chopped (or to taste). Juice of 1 lime.

It was one of those foods that I was interested in, but it was too. I'd love to stock up with some for food storage. This is a Williams-Sonoma recipe (some of their recipes can be complicated and seem like more work than their worth, but I sure do love them. This one is not very complicated.). Quinoa with Dried Cranberries and Toasted Pecans. 1/2 tsp kosher salt.
