With threatening freezing weather and an even more threatening cold (3rd or 4th of the season! In the fridge (which means instant chicken stock without the waste of multiple organic stock cartons in the trash). It all came together in a silky smooth and smoky base with corn, chicken, chickpeas and avocado. 2 whole garlic cloves. 2 tsp sea salt.
