I am tired of people who go off half-cocked about something that has no credibility other than it was seen on Facebook. I am tired of mindless television for hours on end because I am a prisoner in my apartment. I am tired of no energy or inclination to do anything. I am tired of having to rely on someone else to go and do. I am tired of wondering if I am losing my mind. I am tired of feeling unworthy.

It's OK, it's just me. Read the words to read my heart. Thursday, May 7, 2015. A chicken in every pot. I cooked a whole chicken in the crockpot today and put a whole unveiled potato on top of the chicken. After a nice long nap, I had chicken, a potato and peas for dinner. It's OK, it's just me. Read the words to read my heart. Wednesday, April 29, 2015. I napped today. The kitties joined me and before long I woke up because I was burning up. Two kitties and a quilt will do that. The black cloud of a depression episode lingers nearby. I feel like a great weight presses me and a boiling mass of tears threatens to spill. Same tune, second verse. Just in case …. June 5, 2010 in Uncategorized. Today I got the internet, email and FB back. I was without almost 48 hours to the minute. When the technician came to fix my neighbor’s phone, he undid mine. Today a very helpful technician got mine fixed in a matter of 10 minutes because he was smart enough to listen to what I had to say about what the problem was. He was polite, too. Miss you, dude. Books Beans. Espresso machines. Cathy's daily memories. Cooler by the coast.

Same tune, second verse. Just in case …. I have missed out on PH chat for the past several nights. A nap in the afternoon eludes me, as a conquence, sleep overcomes me before chat even starts. I can catch up with friends on FB, but I like the living room feeling in chat. Maybe today will be the day I get a nap. Argentina played well, Messi not so well. But the match was a good one. I am afraid the Americans are going to lose their first match. Sigh. Enough for today already. Cathy's daily memories.
