Sunday, December 29, 2013. Finally have a bit of a plan for this coming year! So the past year has been great I dropped almost all my flab and then slowly started putting some of it back in an attempt to gain some more mass before the holidays which worked to some extent but the year was tough, So lets go there lets look at this past year "quickly" I don't like dwindling in the past any more its done over finished! So Diet will be more red meat (lots more) and less chicken! Steak and chips with bannana.

Monday, January 19, 2015. New Year New Resolve. Not as much definition the year before in the ab section but the rest is definitely looking better-ish its been a hard year of loads of effort loads of supplements and loads and loads of late nights! Yes its a small improvement I think after the injuries not bad for a recovering and miniature gain model. So perhaps one last push for the elusive super sized (I like it at 100 kilo's just feels good but I also like the trim and shapely so heres the plan).

Well with that said, lets get into posting: I have been very busy and with a little winter break as always and the cold slump! I have been winding the training down a tad! Wednesday, February 12, 2014. Well here some pics I have almost lost all vascularity in the flood of carbs all around I do about 4000-6000 calories a day and round 400gsm of protein a day I will slowly start de carbing in June and switch over to light weight whey protein and chicken mmmm cant wait (lol) for now I m doing cardio every other day but might loose it completely until June to add as much weight as possible. Bi's is coming slowly but with the higher weight the thickness is improving but no!

Friday, April 17, 2015. Another week done and training going very well! So yet another week has gone by and I must say I am getting better and better daily with this diet and training thing still skinny and small but toning ok'ish I guess. I will force myself to do an update once a week to see the progress and I will definitely give some tips if I come accross any! So this is this week! I as always have some side notes lol! Chest work is slowly picking up Middle still needs some serious oblique work there.

Well Some current pics excuse the much smaller frame I am currently weighing in at 85 Kilo's a whopping 12 kilo's down from my winter size up mmmm lets see where this goes perhaps Ill push back to 90kgs and try and keep 90 but continue to drop the fat percentage lets see. . . Tuesday, March 3, 2015. Hello Iron peeps, I hope this post finds you all well? I have to admit that I have been rather busy lately! However i am not complaining I'm rather chuffed at all the busyness. Yet there is some serious niggles that I wish i could do away with like washing dishes and having to work late rise early. But with that said I wouldn't know what to do if it wasn't all going like a freight train on a down hill! I like it like that the faster the better. . . But I have a few general no no's.
