January 28, 2014. Three days before Christmas; a visit from New Jersey from our cousin Tori (the boys were huge fans! Our first time doing nightly Advent readings together (Jones LOVED); AND Jones’ first Christmas choir singing experience. Christmas morning was thoroughly enjoyed by both boys! Larr; He’s 4! February 17, 2014. Last month I got to go to California, by myself, to meet my niece, Charley Sulmona born to my brother Rob and his wife Allyson on August 27. It was a wonderful and much-needed trip/present from my parents (thank you, thank you! And I had the best time! Charley is a dream baby, and so adorable and sweet! The awesome peninsula where streets are made of water! Loved how they both helped getting Charley dressed and ready to go out for dinner. Rob and I with our cousin Andy.

Larr; Christmas Season 2013. 18 months – Nash. December 12, 2013. On Saturday, Nash turned 18 months old. It’s amazing that this little guy is at such a milemarker. It stills seems like yesterday that he was cradled in my arms. Our pastor recently said, “The days are long, but the years short,” in regards to raising children. I think that is as true as it gets. Larr; 2013 Book Reads. Jones’ Peter Pan Party. February 4, 2014. We hosted Jones’ 4th birthday party over the weekend – a huge sucess in spite of having to push it back one week from it’s originally scheduled date due to a viscious stomach bug that hit Jones and me the weekend prior. But we celebrated strong nonetheless, and he had a great time. Almost all of his friends were still able to attend, and I think everyone thoroughly enjoyed the “Welcome to Neverland” party.
