Of course my expectations were pretty high after the long set up. He kept using the word "large". Once we trekked to the bowling alley after parking the rental (parking sucks on that part of the base) he assured me I wanted the large omelet. Out of ignorance and trust, I acquiesced. As my husband, son and I wandered down Waikiki Beach looking for a steak house my husband remembered from a previous business trip, I saw a young lady inside a one-person tent looking thing with her eyes fixed on her phone. There she was, on one of the world's best beaches, sheltered from the son and fixated on her phone. I don't ignore the company I am in to stay connected to someone with whom I am not.
