Sunday, May 8, 2011. Things God Has Taught Me From My Short Time of Motherhood. In honor of Mother's Day, here are just a few things God has taught me since Levi was born just a few short months ago. I could probably expand quite a bit on each of these (and maybe I will in the future), but I'm tired and need to be starting dinner soon, haha :P. I never realize how selfish I was until I become a mom. Even though I may be sleep deprived, that is no excuse to sin against my husband or in my private thoughts.

And, yes, I did say “newborn,” which means Leviticus Cortopassi is here! He was born December 27, 2010 at 1:04 am, weighing in at 9lbs 7oz and 20in long. Monday, September 27, 2010. But the path of the righteous is like the light of dawn, which shines brighter and brighter until full day.". I can't help but think, though, of those days when there are some clouds. The sun can be shining as bright as ever, and then for just a few moments (sometimes even longer) a cloud or two passes in front of it and makes everything seem a little less bright. Sometimes it's hard to remember that the sun is still shining behind those clouds.
