Coffee Liquor 1tsp ( I used coffee essence. 1Mix milk and melted butter in a bowl. Set aside. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs over hot water for one minute. Add in sugar and beat till sugar dissolved. 2 Move the bowl away from hot water and beat egg to ribbon stage. What a perfect swiss roll! Love it w/o cracks.

Wednesday, December 8, 2010. A Little Recipe For You. I'm going off for a 10 day family vacation to the Kangaroo-land down under! I shall come back with tons. tons of cookbooks! Anyhow. I made buns last week, but I totally forgot to snap good looking pictures as by the time they were ready, it was already late at night! Those buns were very delightful because, taste-wise, it was the best buns I've made so far. Shape-wise, I need more practice of course. The recipe had me produce four loaves of sweet bread.

Heat up a pan (prefer non-stick coated pan) and add in cooking oil to fill the base of the pan. When oil is hot, lay the luncheon meat slices on the pan slice by slice. Flip over when it darkens. This simple step gives the meat a little more texture than soggy, and added fragrance from heating.
