Friday, February 20, 2009. Software Industry - 2. The biggest problem a software company can face is presence of non-technical/semi-technical people in engineering departments. Things get worse when these people are at the top of the hierarchy. Often these people are manipulative and do not understand the problems faced in creating technology. Sunday, January 07, 2007. A year that was. Another one passes by, leaving lots of memories.some good and some that become lessons. Not a lot to write but lots of learnings which will have a bearing on future. Here's what has been happening :. Changed job.so no more aish-o-aaram of Alcatel. Made a lot of effort to get my techie touch back. Embraced VoIP and wireless at home. One major sourceforge release - beejnaagri. Visited Italy (last year's continued tour), Calcutta, Sariska, Jaipur. Plays, eating out.
