AK All Day: Back in America: Parts 3, 4 and, well, ∞
http://akallday.blogspot.com/2010/02/back-in-america-parts-3-4-and-well.html
The ruminations and tribulations of the man that they (read: two, maybe three people) call AK All Day. Thursday, February 18, 2010. Back in America: Parts 3, 4 and, well, ∞. In July 2008, there was Part 1. In April 2009, there was (unofficially) Part 2. And now, well, there really aren't any more Parts. It's Parts 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and beyond. Right to infinity. I came to Sydney on September 14, 2007. And starting in May, I make my permanent (yet phased) exit. I'M BACK (IN AMERICA). Much, much,. Some posts w...

AK All Day: October 2009
http://akallday.blogspot.com/2009_10_01_archive.html
The ruminations and tribulations of the man that they (read: two, maybe three people) call AK All Day. Thursday, October 29, 2009. Is Charlie Manuel feeding Pedro to the dogs? 7th inning, Game 7, 2004 ALCS, Yankee Stadium. I remember it too well. Up 8-1, the Red Sox were on the verge of completing the greatest comeback in baseball history. Yankee Stadium was silent. I was euphoric. And then, inexplicably, improbably, incomprehensibly, Terry Francona summoned Pedro Martinez to pitch. A moment I'll remembe...

AK All Day: Partying like it's 2008
http://akallday.blogspot.com/2010/01/partying-like-its-2008.html
The ruminations and tribulations of the man that they (read: two, maybe three people) call AK All Day. Wednesday, January 13, 2010. Partying like it's 2008. The final days of 2008 were amazing. Those final days were. Amazing, in fact, that I essentially did them all over again this year, in the final days of 2009. Some may view such repetition as a bad thing. I do not. Not when you've identified a surefire recipe for success. Shorty's birthday quite unfortunately falls on Christmas. So not only did h...

AK All Day: Back in America
http://akallday.blogspot.com/2008/07/back-in-america.html
The ruminations and tribulations of the man that they (read: two, maybe three people) call AK All Day. Monday, July 28, 2008. Spending a lazy, weekend day channel surfing a few months ago, I came across. And for the umpteenth* time, I got sucked in. And why not? As I typed that word for the, uhhhhh, umpteenth time, I realized I have no idea what it means. I mean, I. What it means. But what is that? What a strange word! Has anyone ever wondered where it came from? Ah Here we are. But BUT. I think ther...

AK All Day: Aussie Aussie Aussie (Day)!
http://akallday.blogspot.com/2008/01/aussie-aussie-aussie-day.html
The ruminations and tribulations of the man that they (read: two, maybe three people) call AK All Day. Saturday, January 26, 2008. Aussie Aussie Aussie (Day)! Back in the States, MLK Day was last Monday. So while (most of) you back there had work or school off, I worked. Just like on Thanksgiving. And what public holidays have I had here to offset these losses? Nilch Squat. Which is why I'm pumped for my first Australian public holiday, and it's a big one: Australia Day. AK All Day: My life: The (very immediate) past
http://akallday.blogspot.com/2009/04/my-life-very-immediate-past.html
The ruminations and tribulations of the man that they (read: two, maybe three people) call AK All Day. Tuesday, April 14, 2009. My life: The (very immediate) past. My life seems to be at a bit of a nexus right now. Just finished a whirlwind of a trip to LA; now I'm back in Sydney; and then. well, I don't know what happens then. So I'm gonna use the next posts to tackle these three topics. First: the (very immediate) past. As in, last week. I had just come off of a few good days in LA. The sister establis...

AK All Day: March 2010
http://akallday.blogspot.com/2010_03_01_archive.html
The ruminations and tribulations of the man that they (read: two, maybe three people) call AK All Day. Tuesday, March 2, 2010. Throwin' some 'video killed the real blog' Kleinballs. I could be writing about other stuff. I. Tying a bow on the end of the Winter Olympics, we look back at Australia's first ever winter gold. Just eight years ago. I'm not sure if this is a fitting way for a desert nation to win its first gold or an embarrassing way. Either way, it's pretty funny. Hmmmm a few weeks removed from...

AK All Day: I could get used to this
http://akallday.blogspot.com/2009/01/i-could-get-used-to-this.html
The ruminations and tribulations of the man that they (read: two, maybe three people) call AK All Day. Tuesday, January 27, 2009. I could get used to this. No movement on the job front. Things are still very much in limbo as I inch towards my date of deportation.*. The weather this past week has been amazing. Hot and sunny every day.* So I've been taking advantage, with trips to various beaches, barbecues and other excursions. I can't complain. From here on out, let's simpy refer to this day as "DOD".

AK All Day: January 2010
http://akallday.blogspot.com/2010_01_01_archive.html
The ruminations and tribulations of the man that they (read: two, maybe three people) call AK All Day. Monday, January 25, 2010. Throwin' some parental Kleinballs. The parents have arrived in Sydney! Spent the weekend with them, and on Thursday we head off to Adelaide and the Flinders Ranges. It'll be my first time in the actual Outback, so should be good. although. Speaking of beastly hot, it was 42°C (108°F) in Sydney on Saturday. My dad has somehow developed an unhealthy obsession with lamingtons.
