Vegetable oil for frying. 1 cup of milk. 2 tbs of cider vinegar. 1 tsp of vegetable oil. 1 cup of all purpose flour. 1 tsp of baking powder. 189; tsp. of salt. Deep saucepan or fryer. 1Freeze the Twinkies overnight. 2Pour vegetable oil in your saucepan or fryer and heat to 375 degrees F. 3Combine the milk, vinegar and oil in one bowl and stir well. 4Combine the flour, baking powder and salt in the other bowl and stir well.
