Courageous Joy: RV Pantry Solutions
http://www.courageousjoy.net/2017/01/rv-pantry-solutions.html
Thursday, January 05, 2017. Every move involves new organizational solutions. I also store some of the "extra" food in a big tub in the basement and under various seats with built in storage. Weight is always an issue and I need to EAT DOWN the stuff in the basement. This week, before I made up a menu plan, we pulled all the food from under the seats and under the home out and inventoried. This system will work well for a variety of storage needs.I first used it when I needed to keep track of what wa...
Courageous Joy: Big Families
http://www.courageousjoy.net/p/big-family-myths.html
September 13, 2006, I promised to do a weekly "Big Family Myth" post; then life got busy. I do want to get all the Big Family Myths on one page. Truly, according to MY perspective, I sought to clarify what was myth and fact in a large family. If you are wondering if you may be a large family, I suggest you check out my very own list of litmus tests: You know you're a large family when. The different colored text are clickable links). An idea is born. An explanation of big family myths. Myth 1 and 2.
Courageous Joy: Name That RV
http://www.courageousjoy.net/2016/11/name-that-rv.html
Monday, November 28, 2016. Yes, we name our cars and RVs. It's a fun family idiosyncrasy. Thus, the 31 foot trailer was The Caboose. Here are some names we are tossing around. Care to add to the list? Michael is currently calling her, "Bessie." I haven't a clue. I'm calling her "the Monster," for obvious reasons. Feel free to add your contributions to the list! Isn't she a beaut? Fred and Ginger (RV and Towable). Nanu - lovesick moose. The Refuge - 避難. Hinanjo or is it pinanjo. The Pickle Jar - PJ. For m...
Courageous Joy: WHAT ARE WE DOING?
http://www.courageousjoy.net/2015/08/what-are-you-doing.html
Saturday, August 01, 2015. WHAT ARE WE DOING? Several have been asking about our retirement plans. You can read about our Plot Twist here. For a Summer 2015 update of "all those kids," click here. There is no doubt retiring would be "easier" and more "exciting" if our original plan of getting to Japan as quickly as possible was still smoothly racing ahead. Live your lives. We'll get through this together.". Updated March 2016 - Full-time RVing since 30 Aug 2015. Joyfully Penned by DeEtta @ Courageous Joy.
Courageous Joy: Lapbooks
http://www.courageousjoy.net/p/lapbooks.html
A real homeschooling entry, because, in the end, I AM a homeschooler. This exercise displayed WHY we were behind in TOG. We've spent a lot of time on lapbooks. BUT the boys have remembered a lot more than they would have from simply going through the curriculum.AND they review without prompting quite often! This page is an index and will be linked under pages in the sidebar. If you think you may be too uncrafty. To use this method.I suggest you click the " lapbook. I have compiled a list of lapbook.

http://donna34me.blogspot.com/2009/04/remember-my-great-old-barn.html
I have nothing to say. I say it regularly. Monday, April 6, 2009. Remember my great old barn? I've posted pictures of it before. Well it's gone now. It was in bad shape. Really, really bad shape. It was held up by a cable, I think. So Mark had it torn down. Marcy, I'm gonna miss watching our boys hanging out the door of the loft and dropping to the ground. Oh, did I ever tell you they did that? Great barn. Glad to see it go. Barns are evil. April 7, 2009 at 7:57 AM. April 7, 2009 at 8:27 AM. I will alway...

I have nothing to say. I say it regularly. Thursday, April 16, 2009. I've been looking for a place like this my whole life. And my friend Chad found it in Atlanta. I think he was talking to folks in general, not just. Labels: signs and notes. How did you put those "you might enjoy these stories" at the bottom of your post? April 20, 2009 at 9:31 PM. I'm ma...

ummmm....: The Last Week or So
http://donna34me.blogspot.com/2009/03/last-week-or-so.html
I have nothing to say. I say it regularly. Monday, March 2, 2009. The Last Week or So. We had two old barns torn down and Mark and Luke burned the enormous pile of wood. Taylor had to miss the fun, so Luke took pictures. Mark and I went to a basketball game at Lee's old high school. I cried twice 'cause I missed her. I also saw a kid there that looked like I think Luke will when he's older. That was weird. I thought about sneaking a picture of him, but that seemed kinda stalkerish. Youre making me cry!
