THOUGHT FOR THE WEEK. Tuesday, May 4, 2010. With my own challenges of weight gain and weight loss, this is a subject that is close to my heart! Many times I hear people say (or have said myself), "I am watching what I eat and I'm exercising, but the weight just isn't coming off! This is said with frustration and discouragement, especially when you think. You are doing it all correctly and are not seeing results. That has not happened! What makes one serious?
