Media, Family, and Human Development. Monday, February 3, 2014. How I bonded with my 9 year old using SPSS. Okay, this isn't strictly media related, but given that we use SPSS in class, I'm counting it! I was preparing for my other class and getting a big dataset ready in SPSS. My son, Nathan, came in the room, stalling, not wanting to go to bed. We ended with a good discussion on gender showing that both boys and girls are good at lots of things, so hopefully he doesn't read TOO much into the stats.

Sunday, April 14, 2013. Sweet Baby Kaitlyn :). Well it has been a long while since I have updated this blog! So be prepared for a long post with lost of pictures of my sweet little Kaitlyn :). Here is Kaitlyn with Bompa, Marc's Gramdpa. His Grandma Anna passed away and we went to St. Johns for her funeral. We are very sad that she is gone, me especially because I wish I would have been able to get to know her better. Funerals are always sad, but I love that they bring family together.
