Oct 18th, 2011 at 5:08 PM. I found out last week from an anonymous source that the owner of my company is looking to sell. I'm not supposed to know this, and I think only a few people in the office have any idea. The CEO, from what I heard, is staying on. I really like him. If he was leaving too, I'd start an aggressive job hunt now. For the time being, I've let a few friends know I'm curious about what opportunities may be out there, but I'm not in a rush. 2 Much 2 Love. Bike Friendly Oak Cliff.

Job, Job, and more Job. Dec 31st, 2011 at 6:44 PM. It seems like that's all I think about lately. I think it's because I'm so ready for the next phase of my professional life. Home is good, family is good, finances are stable. That's given me time this past year to think about what kinds of work I'd rather be doing, and how what I already know can get me there. I didn't really mean to make a bunch of New Years resolutions :) Do they still count as that if I started working toward this a few weeks ago?

Mar 26th, 2009 at 8:51 AM. Deana invited us to a pre AFI kickoff party in the Mondrian building. I wasn't sure if Lance would be up to it since he'd had such a crappy day, but he surprised me. The party was really laid back. It was thrown by a vodka vendor so the booze were free. I had this thing called a pearamatini. It was pretty good but would have been better if it had been a hot night. I may find myself mixing one up once things get really hot out. The best part was the view. It was AMAZING!

I haven’t posted in a while because of all of the strange things that have been happening in my life over the past two months. It all started out when the aliens kidnapped my soon-to-be ex-husband. So yeah….this is a slightly belated Christmas post. I had an absolutely amazing Christmas! I am so blessed to have such wonderful family and friends! I got a new toy! I have been wanting one of these. For the past few years and I finally got it! My mom offered to take pics of me playing with it, but I had some Medusa hair.
