Crafting in a Small Space

Crafting in a Small Space. Sunday, 10 June 2012. This is a larger card than I usually make. The girl was paper-pieced and cut out. The papers all come from K&Co. I cut two Tim Holtz rosettes and added old buttons to them, and then cut a Sizzix border. The letters come from a Tim Holtz alphabet. The second tag is one of my favourites. I masked the girl and coloured the background with Ink Dusters and Distress Ink. For both I coloured a piece of seam binding to match. Same Method, Different Images. It's be...

Crafting in a Small Space

http://www.craftinginasmallspace.blogspot.com/2012/06/octopode-factory-witch-now-this-is.html

Crafting in a Small Space. Sunday, 10 June 2012. Now this is a great stamp, and I am intending to buy more from this company! I stamped the witch and then rubbed her over a messy ink mixture on my craft sheet and then cut her out. The flowers were coloured the same way, and then I stamped the greeting on a bit of a crumpled up paper bag. Don't throw away things like paper bags and napkins, they can all be die cut and inked for messy craft effects! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Long time no post!

Crafting in a Small Space: ATC Holder

http://www.craftinginasmallspace.blogspot.com/2009/05/atc-holder.html

Crafting in a Small Space. Saturday, 16 May 2009. This was supposed to be for four ATCs, but I made a mistake on one part and it had to be cut in half. The large leaf, birds and sayings are Paper Artsy, the tree is Crafty Individuals, the single words and little leaves are Inkadinkado, and the swirls are Bo Bunny. The gold strips are Anita's Glitterations. I love the colours of this project, it's fab. 17 May 2009 at 12:38. Love this, reminded me I have these PA stamps, must look them out.

Crafting in a Small Space. Thursday, 23 April 2009. Alphabet Challenge - E. E is for Elzybells! I love this girl on a swing. I made the card using some papers from My Mind's Eye Bohemia pad and added some Prima flowers and Papermania gem brads. My Time To Craft - Metallica. I used the Cuttlebug folder 'Tiny Bubbles' on a piece of gold foil card, and added some 3d stickers which have a lot of gold on them. The butterfly is one of a lovely set by Anita's. Crafting in a Small Space

http://www.craftinginasmallspace.blogspot.com/2012/06/two-tags-background-for-first-tag-was.html

Crafting in a Small Space. Sunday, 10 June 2012. The background for the first tag was made using pastels. They were rubbed over and then brushed with water. The girl is paper-pieced and then the grass stamped. The butterfly is attached using some 3D foam. The second tag is one of my favourites. I masked the girl and coloured the background with Ink Dusters and Distress Ink. For both I coloured a piece of seam binding to match. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Welcome To My World: January 2009

http://karen-welcometomyworld.blogspot.com/2009_01_01_archive.html

Welcome To My World. Wednesday, 21 January 2009. I was visiting a friends blog last month and was really impressed by her fancy fold thingy card so I thought I would have a go at making one myself. Well being a bit thick I had to email Linda to find out how to do it! Where you can see how to do it properly! This is the inside, a sort of Andy Warhol stylie - well in my head it is anyway! And this is the cover! Thanks for looking - leave a comment if you like! My First Card for 2009! How lazy am I! I live ...

Welcome To My World: Some cards I've made this year

http://karen-welcometomyworld.blogspot.com/2010/02/some-cards-ive-made-this-year.html

Welcome To My World. Tuesday, 16 February 2010. Some cards I've made this year. I have been lazy with my blogging haven't I! Cant believe this is my first one of 2010 so I had better show you what I've been making. Hope you like them. This one was for Andy's sister 50th birthday. A couple I made for friends down the pub. The best barman in Pimlico was 65, and he looks just like the character in the card but no so fat, he's a londoner and this is his favourite saying! This one was for my aunt. It does get...

Welcome To My World: March 2009

http://karen-welcometomyworld.blogspot.com/2009_03_01_archive.html

Welcome To My World. Sunday, 29 March 2009. Not sure where the time has gone but in a blink of an eye I've lost a month, is it just because I'm getting older or does anyone else think the same as me - time is marching on far too quickly! Anyway, I've made quite a few cards for birthdays in March so here are just a few of them :) It seems that once I get a stamp out I kind of use it a lot, but then I'm probably not the only one! Not your ordinary yellow, neon yellow. Great. A fiery red Camaro to a neon yellow car? Eh My guess was that I was going to end up with a burnt orange Geo. Yesterday, Jay and I drove to Tulsa to pick up what would be my company car. Are doing well. They regularly play and take naps together. March 5, 2008 in Uncategorized.

September 7, 2008 in Uncategorized. These are the baby dogs chewing on their new bones. Ordinarily, they wouldn’t let me take their picture, because they’d want some lovin’ if I am close to them, but they’re busy with their bones. This is Emmitt. I had just opened the window, as we had lovely weekend weather this weekend and he was smelling something in the air. He couldn’t see much with that bush in the way, but he liked to look out of the window. Does your husband always drink your drink? You are comme...
