They arrange their treasure on a window sill and you’ve succeeded in bringing a little of that outside autumn glory into the house. Melting wax is a moderately straight forwards activity but you do need to employ some caution:. Never leave melting wax unattended. Always use a double boiler (never the microwave! Old white candle ends.

October 26, 2015. October 26, 2015. This crown is made with paper leaves and stickers purchased from Baker Ross. And as you can see it looks just perfect. A pencil and ruler. Glue (glue stick or PVA). Paper in autumn shades. Printable template (click on link). Draw lines to divide the centre circle of the paper plate into eight (see photo above). Cut along the lines leaving the rim of the plate intact. Use the leaf template to cut shapes in two sizes from the coloured paper, you will need 8-10 leaves.
