Learning to sew in your 40s. Shopping Revelations No 3. October 30, 2014. I forced myself to go jeans shopping the other day, ugh! It’s my least favourite kind of shopping. I’ve been really good of late and have avoided the shops, but I was fed up of only really owning ‘mum-jeans’ and not of any trendy variety either😉 Jeans are totally out of my skills range, sewing-wise, so to the shops it was. Learning to sew in your 40s. A Much Belated #memademay Week 3. June 4, 2016. Sunday was a relaxed day at home. I still love this (New Look Vintage I think) top and it works even better with high-waisted jeans. On Monday I dug out my ancient Colette Sencha top. Much though this is a very high neckline for me, the crisp White and fitted style rescues it 😀. One more to go, I promise I’ll get it posted before July. Thanks for keeping with me X.
