GET FIT WITH THEM. Monday, November 11, 2013. Well hello again (Melissa). Well I've been a little absent. However, I have completed two more half marathons since the last time I posted. Neither were PRs, but hell, I still did them! The most recent one I did was super hilly and I did it with a friend so honestly, I wasn't concerned about my speed. I didn't train as much for that one, so it definitely showed! The best part was having my 4 year old daughter cross the finish line with me! How is my weight?

I've been reading thorugh the old Crapdaddy Chronicles lately, and I have to say that I'm not too impressed with what I've seen. The journal runs the gamut from desperately maudlin to abrasively flippant, and even the entries in between - the moderate ones - annoy me. It all seems so. unfamiliar to me now. Like it was written by sombody else. So I'm starting a new one. I sincerely hope to see you all there.
