Thursday, February 16, 2012. The crazy cupcake lady is back.but this time in Singapore! I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone who convinced me in starting up again. I think with the BIG MOVE and pregnancy I had forgotten how much I enjoyed baking :). I have to admit I was a bit hesitant to start baking here due to the heat and humidity, but slowly realized that the humidity is working to my advantage - the cupcakes are more moist then when I made them in Toronto!
