We raise six types of garlic. Cool winters, wet springs and hot summers create the perfect climate for delicious garlic. We hang the garlic to cure in our 100 year old barn for a minimum of two weeks before selling. This process allows the garlic to last at least 9 months. Please see our price list.

Our sheep are organically and humanely raised. They have 100% access to pastures and forage, we perform no unnecessary procedure (including tail docking) and use low stress handling methods. We raise all of our own grass and hay and no pesticides or chemicals are used. The resulting meat we sell is deeply organic. Hormone and antibiotic free and very tasty!
Navajo Churro Wool

Sheep's wool is long (6-10 inches), lustrous and soft. We can provide you with wool anywhere from 0% to 10% kemp fibers depending on your use. We sell raw, well-skirted fleece. It all has quite low vegetative matter (VM). We have two types of Navajo Churro wool:. 5-10% kemp, 6-10 inches long. Black, white, grey, variegated. Zero kemp, 8-12 inches long. IN MY OPINION GOAT'S ARE BETTER! I love the smell of new mowed grass and hay, The newly tilled dirt in the spring and getting the garden started, New babies born and watching them play. But it seems, If You get one goat then you need another goat. I had people tell me that goats are to hard to take care of and would be out all the time because you cant keep them in. Well I guess you have to have other animals first. We had hogs when we first got married, Goats are Better! We are out of the goat business.
