I love Pandesal, so here's my version for a pan of 8. 1/2 cup warm water 110 degrees. 3 heaping teaspoons of C and H Stevia light sugar. 1/4 teaspoon hawaiian salt or fluer de sel. 1 tablespoon lilikoi juice. 1 cup all purpose flour. 1/2 cup wheat flour. 1/2 cup bread flour. 1/4 cup extra flour (in case you need it). 1 Tablesoon dry milk powder. 1 heaping Tablespoon of instant mashed potatoes (dry) I use Idahoan.

I don't normally like these as the are sooooooo sweet. My filling is strawberry guava cream. I need to perfect these of course. Lemon Verbena Champagne Loaf. I have this recipe for a Lemon Buttermilk Bundt cake. I cut the recipe in half and made it with my C and H Stevia Light for baking. That I process with Lemon Verbena that I grow. Links to this post.

Sunday, April 6, 2014. 1/2 cup c and h stevia light sugar for baking. 1 teaspoon pineapple extract. 1/2 cup dried dessicated coconut (no baker's) Whole Foods or the Asian Market it's dried style. 2/3 can of coconut milk. 1/4 teaspoon baking powder. Mix all the above with a spatula but don't overwork the dough it will make it tough. Mix enough until it's combined. Scoop all the carioca it will sort of air dry then drop five at a time when temp of oil is 330-340 degrees.

And just been too tired to keep up, but here we go. Today, was a me kind of day. Pops is at his music practice, my daughter is. Having Lobster with her boyfriend. So, I whipped up baked spaghetti for dinner. Crumb Cake my way. I have posted this before, it's my New York Crumb Cake, just revamped it a little.

From my Haumea's Kitchen and others. Sunday, February 2, 2014. Hawaiian Sweet Rolls My way. I decided to make a half batch of Hawaiian Sweet Bread. Accomplished so my batch made 9 rolls. Well it's Superbowl Sunday, since the Niner's aren't playing I'm only going to watch. For the commercials and Bruno Mars. Needed to eat something different plus it's overcast and gloomy outside. Took a stab at making a Mexican Lasagna. I used flour tortillas, made my own Enchilada sauce that a friend of mine taught me.

I sautéed crimini's, onion, and parsley and let them cool down. I prepped the chops and pounded thin in between cellophane. Seasoned the chops and laid applewood bacon. And layered the chops. It's a great Filipino dish. I used beef tripe sold in most store and I used some stewing beef. 1 pound of fresh tripe. 1 pound of stewing beef, chuck or top round is fine as well. 1/2 diced yellow onion. 3 cloves of garlic mashed into a paste with sea salt. 1/4 cup fish sauce or patis. 1 thai pepper or 1 jalapeno.
