Everything we could do ourselves we did and what we couldn't we didn't . or we shopped around and did as cheaply as possible. And at the end we had money left over! Can you believe that? The Blog of Blueskin Media. Monday, 8 September 2014. Library Rug to Reflect Blueskin Bay. A large rug, designed to incorporate the varied geographical features of the surrounding area, was unveiled at the Blueskin Bay library on Saturday 16 August. Blueskin Bay librarian Louise Booth says the project, funded by the Dunedin City Council's Creative Communities Scheme, began last year under the direction of artist Janet De Wagt. The rug is sized to fit nicely into the Blueskin Bay Library's children's area.
