Tuesday, October 12, 2010. Hot Days of Summer. I took these pictures a while ago when it was soooo hot outside. We got home from Austin on a Sunday afternoon and decided to blow up Hayden's little inflatable pool and let her cool down. To let her cool down even more, we gave her her first popsicle. Tuesday, October 11, 2011. Our final destination was Creede, CO and we were so excited when Johnnie arrived! Feeding the chipmunks with daddy. Outside the mines in Creede. You can see my small baby bump in this pic :) it was still warm during the day so we wore short sleeves and flip flops but it got cold at night and we loved bundling up! Wednesday, September 15, 2010. WOW What a difference a year makes! Olivia and I went to Lubbock last year in August and then ended up going back this year in August. It is amazing to look at pictures of Olivia in the same swing from last year and now this year. They change and grow up so fast! She loved when Jason would push her in the swing. Thursday, June 30, 2011. Of course she had to pick ONE and pose with it. Too bad all the blooms are gone now. Can't wait to see them again next spring! My parents went to Hawaii in February and brought back all sorts of fun Hawaiian treasures for Olivia. Including a grass skirt and coconut top. I think they got back mid-February and it was the end of March before Olivia finally agreed to let me put this on her. So cute! She shook her hips a little and did the hula for us. Wednesday, January 19, 2011. We had Christmas with Johnnie's family at the lakehouse the weekend before Christmas. Olivia got a Baby Alive from Gina, Big Curt, Lil Curt and Casey and she LOVED it! MEDICAL CONTENT: When we went to the doctor for my 36 week appointment, we finally got a cervix check (fun times! I was ready for 1cm dilated - most women are at 36 weeks, and then you walk around for 4-6 weeks like that. Sure enough, 1cm dilated, but then she said I was 80% effaced! He's 10 months old, and is quite the talker! He rocks forward onto his hands, and then sits back and kicks his feet. So, I've been working on Jackson's 3 month post for a little while, but I'll admit it's probably been 2 weeks since I've been on blogger to look at it. So, I log in this morning to finish it - so I can then start his 4 month post :) But what do I find? The draft of his 3 month post is GONE! She got a dreaded call from the day care that there had been an accident involving her son. Needless to say, he passed away just a mere 8 days before his First Birthday. Heaven has a new angel this week, and I know that we will all one day be reunitied with this smiling, happy, playful baby boy. October 14, 2010 at 4:49 PM. I will be praying!
