HZ Harvest: September 2011
http://hzharvestfarm.blogspot.com/2011_09_01_archive.html
Friday, September 23, 2011. I have so many fun pictures today. We harvested potatoes the other day and cooked some up for breakfast. We planted several different types and the color pallet was so pretty when I cut them that I wanted to share it with you. My stepdad, Cliff Tucker, was given this "hairy hat". Cliff is "follicle challenged" and it never ceases to be the joke when he is around. It's nice that he can now have a full head of hair for everyone to enjoy. We finished planting our 600 new olive tr...

HZ Harvest: May 2012
http://hzharvestfarm.blogspot.com/2012_05_01_archive.html
Thursday, May 31, 2012. We have been sooooo busy! Crops are ripening and orders are coming in. Yipee! I don't know what it is about our ground, but I swear our vegetables are amazing tasting. I guess it's because there wasn't anything planted here for so many decades that the ground is happy. We have the Bradley School coming for their 2nd annual farm visit tomorrow. I can't wait to see their faces when they see the baby animals and hear about all the fun stuff that goes on here! Thursday, May 17, 2012.

HZ Harvest: My sister Judy's tips
http://hzharvestfarm.blogspot.com/2012/06/my-sister-judys-tips.html
Saturday, June 16, 2012. My sister Judy's tips. My name is Judy. I’m one of Kathy’s sisters. I’m the one who doesn’t live on a farm or ranch. I don’t ride horses, help mama pigs or sheep with their deliveries, or even know how to collect chicken eggs properly. Now that you know what I don’t. Do, let me tell you what I am good at. I can make killer jelly and jam, I know a secret for easy juicing of pomegranates, and I freeze tomatoes and zucchini during the summer for winter use. What to do with tomatoes?

HZ Harvest: March 2012
http://hzharvestfarm.blogspot.com/2012_03_01_archive.html
Saturday, March 31, 2012. Going to the dogs (actually the D.O.G.). What a fun day! The photos are of a chuck wagon that Robert Healy brought. He served coffee to everyone. The only negative to the day was a few hours of rain and even it wasn't too bad because we really need more rain. We planted several thousand vegetable transplants this past week and they are all benefitting from it tonight. So - if you every hear that someone is going to a D.O.G., make sure you go! Friday, March 30, 2012. It certainly...
