Apparently the museum has just been renovated, and incorporates a lot of green building solutions, like the rooftop garden here, that insulates the building and collects rain water. And yes, they are supposed to be burnt on 1 side (the original recipe said so.sounds so dodgy, right? It's fusion because I used green peas and mayonnaise inside to replace bamboo shoots and soy sauce mixture, and they are served with tomato sauce. It actually came out quite good.
