They have a database of names, I presume to protect them from people putting swear words on bottles I had to submit Siew Gin's name for approval, and after a few hours I got approval. We had to move a bunch of appliances today, so we went off to Home Depot, rented a truck and then with Damith's help moved a couple of fridges, dishwasher and an oven. Happy New Year 2015.
