Montag, 19. Mai 2014. High carb und das Abnehmen! Auf den Kommentar in einer Facebook-Gruppe hin, wollte ich einfach mal wieder ein kurzes Resumé ziehen! Was gibt es zu sagen? Das hier zusammengeschriebene kann ich nach bald 3 Jahren high carb low fat berichten. Damals zwar noch nicht 100%, aber in den Anfängen und voll motiviert ;). Hier beziehe ich mich auf meine Erfahrungen mit diesem Lifestyle und hoffe, euch ein paar wichtige Punkte weitergeben zu können! Iss dich satt, aber überfress dich nicht!

Lekkere, gezonde en goedkope recepten – in die volgorde! Groene smoothie en social media! Aangezien ik eergisteren weer een boel single bananen. Heb gered, kon ik gisteren en vandaag heerlijk genieten van lekkere en gezonde smoothies. En gezond dat het is! Ik maak ze graag van dingen die ik al in huis heb en dat komt natuurlijk goed uit als je een boel single bananen hebt gered. Het zou zonde zijn om ze wel te redden, maar vervolgens niet te gebruiken. 2 handjes verse bladspinazie. 2 takjes verse munt.
