How We Can Help. CROP (Citizens’ Rights for Older People) is a charity setup to do just that. We are not a campaigning organisation, but a confidential advocacy service. We use trained volunteers who visit older people in their own homes to express their individual needs, either for themselves or through a visiting advocate. Not all of us are able to be effective advocates on our own behalf even before we are old. As an older person do you need help to make a complaint? How We Can Help.
