Based upon 25 turbines with a maximum installed capacity of 75MW the Community Benefit Fund would amount to circa 375,000 per annum or 9,375,000 [1]. 1] This figure is a projection which assumes indexation based on a standard RPI (retail price index) of 2.5% – in reality this figure may be higher or lower.
