The course will be designed to instruct participants on proper mechanics in striking and its application in CrossFit and self-defense. This will be a fun and exciting addition to anyone’s fitness regimen. Lead Instructor Jeremiah Johnson will demonstrate safe striking principles to develop both power and speed.
