Muscle ups with hands turned out at bottom. Double BW Deadlift (currently 280; PR is 275). PR in all lifts: Snatch; C&J; PP; Back Squat; Front Squat; OHS. Compete in Sectionals (just to do it; just for fun. but to be ready and competitive). Successfully complete Whole 30 (allowing moderate alcohol and one cheat day a week).
